Rent our space (Corporate/business) 

 

Are you looking for a gorgeous and unique venue to host your next board meeting,

committee meeting, corporate gathering or fundraising committee?

If so, we invite you to rent our stunning gallery/studio space in historic Kensington, MD

for your next event.
 

DETAILS:
~We will provide you with a 12-15 foot table and up to 20 chairs for your

participants in the studio area of our gallery
~Access to a bathroom
~WIFI enabled (no printer available)
~Space Rental Fee is $100 per hour with a 2 hour minimum rental fee.

Rental includes a complimentary 15 minute window on each end for set-up/clean-up.

If you require more than 15 minutes to set up, it will be an additional $50 to allow earlier

access to the space

~We have a 6 foot table set up for you to serve your food/drinks.

(If you require more than one table, please let us know)
~Host will need to bring ALL supplies for the event...drinks/food/utensils/cups/napkins/ice/serving platters/serving utensils, etc
~Sectional seating area for approximately 8 people
